At Century Oak Co., every handcrafted piece is made with care, and we take the same level of consideration when planning delivery. Because our work often includes custom furniture, cabinetry, carpentry, and reclaimed wood materials, shipping and delivery methods are determined by the size, scope, location, and installation needs of each project.
White Glove Delivery
Personal white glove delivery is standard within a two-hour radius of both our Maryland and Montana shops. This allows us to carefully transport and place your handcrafted piece with the attention it deserves.
Delivery Outside Our Local Radius
For deliveries outside of our standard two-hour radius, a comparable delivery service may be provided by Century Oak Co. or by a trusted third-party carrier. Additional delivery costs will be calculated based on distance, project size, handling needs, and delivery location.
Custom Furniture & Cabinetry
Custom furniture pieces and cabinetry often require special handling and, in some cases, a team of trusted carriers working with Century Oak Co. After reviewing the project specifications, complexity of installation, and final destination, we will determine the appropriate delivery method and provide pricing.
Custom Carpentry Materials
Custom carpentry materials are delivered directly to the project site. Delivery pricing is based on location, project scope, material size, and site requirements.
Freight Shipping
Freight shipping is available for items that can be safely crated. Crating, freight coordination, and related shipping costs will be determined based on the item’s size, weight, destination, and handling needs.
Small Item Shipping
Smaller items may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs and timelines will depend on the item, carrier, and destination.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timelines vary by project and will be discussed once the piece is complete or nearing completion. Century Oak Co. will coordinate with you to schedule delivery in a way that protects the quality and integrity of your handcrafted piece.
